_Clubhouse Rental
Old Pike`s newly redecorated reception hall is the perfect location for your wedding reception, private party, or meeting. Although the club sits in a centrally located and easily accessed area of Kansas City, the grounds provide a large private setting that feel like you are worlds away from the busy urban location.
Our facility holds up to 250 people and provides 11 large round tables, 14 buffet tables, and seating. We have a full kitchen with two stoves, a refrigerator, large coffee maker, and plenty of space so that you may bring in and prepare the food and drink of your choice for your special event.

*A date will only be guaranteed once the $250 deposit along with the signed Rental Agreement is received. The deposit is in addition to the rental fee. The deposit will be refunded in full provided all of the Lessee`s covenants have been fully satisfied and following a satisfactory inspection of the building and it`s contents by Old Pike personnel.
*Final payment is due 45 days prior to the event.

Friday/Saturday: $250
Sunday: $150
Monday - Thursday: $100
Non-Member Clubhouse Rental Rates:
Friday: $350
Saturday: $850
Sunday: $450
