2025 Registration will open in January

Registration information will be available by the first week of January 2025.

Guest Policy

  • Guest fees must be paid at check in.
    • Cash: $5 per guest
    • Credit Card: $6 per guest
    • Note: Paper Pool Passes are no longer valid
    Only 2 guests per member per day.
    • Family of 2 may bring 4 guests when both family members are present.
    • Family with 3 or more members may bring a maximum of 5 guests when 3 family members are present.
  • If you are wanting to bring 6 guest or more, that constitutes a poolside celebration and MUST be scheduled in advance.  More information can be found https://www.oldpikecountryclub.com/poolrental
  • All guests must be accompanied by a member 16 years or older. Guest’s full name and age will be required and added to the daily logs, along with member name and number.  Guests may be asked for a photo ID.
  • Members are responsible for the behavior of their guests and are responsible for communicating the rules of the club.
  • No guests will be allowed at Old Pike Member Events. Exceptions to this will be posted.
  • Members that do not register their guest(s) will be considered non-compliant to the Rules and Regulations of the club.

An individual attending as a guest is only allowed 3 times in a calendar month. If they would like to come more often, we would love to give them information on becoming members.

 

Membership has its Privileges

Old Pike Country Club members are owners of the club. Take pride in your club and ask others to join you. As a membership club, Old Pike tries to keep member dues at the lowest possible level and still offer the atmosphere and facilities members enjoy. 

 

Old Pike Members are eligible for all membership benefits.  Members receive discounts for pool and clubhouse rentals.  Members are able to attend all member events for free (some special events may have a surcharge). Fees for participating in athletics are less expensive for full members. During the fall, winter and spring, events are held for full members only.

Summer Club hours: 11-8 Friday-Sunday and 11:30-8 Monday-Thursday

 

Pool Rules:

  1. Access to the pool is to be gained through registration gate, and all persons must be checked in before entering the pool area.  Members should carry their membership cards.
  2. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by someone 16 or older.
  3. Guests shall be accompanied by a member who shall be responsible for the actions of such guests.  See Guest Policy: https://www.oldpikecountryclub.com/membership
  4. By special prior arrangement, members may schedule a Pool Party using the Pool Party registration: https://www.oldpikecountryclub.com/poolrental
  5. All animals with the exception of guide animals for the handicapped are prohibited from entering the pool area.
  6. No person with open cuts, sores, lesions, infections or obvious communicable diseases shall use the swimming pool.
  7. No prolonged breath holding allowed.
  8. No spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose or similar activities.
  9. No vaping or smoking allowed on the pool deck.
  10. No running or rough play shall be permitted
  11. No one is to be pushed into the pool at any time for any reason.
  12. No diving in shallow water.
  13. All persons using the diving area must be able to swim across the pool in reasonably good form.
    1. no floats or toys in the diving well
    2. No one can go off the boards with any kind of floating device on; rings, arm floats, etc.
    3. No goggles can be worn on the high dive
    4. Jumpers/divers need to swim to and exit the side closet to the board they used.  .  If children are struggling to get to the side of the diving well after going off the boards, the guard may restrict them from using the boards.  They must be able to swim to the side and get out safely
    5.  One person on the board at a time.
    6. No swimming in the diving well. 
  14. Floats and Pool Toys
    1. No floats/rafts are allowed that have the foam pellets in them.  If they break, they clog our filter system.
    2. If the pool becomes too crowded and it is too difficult to see with all the large rafts, guards will ask to remove the floats from the pool until the numbers decrease. Safety is first priority!! 
  15. Parents are responsible for children in kiddie pool.
  16. Only small children, six years old and under, will be allowed in kiddie pool.
  17. No floats in the kiddie pool.
  18. Any child not potty trained, must wear snug fitting swim pants or a water resistant swim diaper.
  19. No glass containers of any kind are allowed inside the fenced area.
  20. Persons under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting erratic behavior are not allowed in the pool area.
  21. No one is permitted to swim in the pool during swim team practice except those who are participants.
  22. The LIFEGUARDS are in complete charge of the pool at all times.
    1. If a child continually does not follow guard’s instruction – guards may talk to parents and ask that child to sit out for 15 minutes. Our goal is absolute safety! 
  23. Management (including guards and board members) has the right to ask any member or guest to leave for non-compliance with the above rules.

Levels of Membership

Full Membership

Full Members pay $1200 annually in 2025 Registration will begin on January 6, 2025.


This membership includes all immediate family members. Children age 22 and under are part of this membership. Adult children must have their own membership. Full members receive all benefits, access, and discounts. Full members may bring guests for a $5 cash fee per guest. 

 

Vested Membership

Vested Members pay $760 annually in 2025.


After a full member has maintained their membership for a minimum of 10 years and all of their children are out of high school, the member can opt to move into a Vested Membership. These members receive all benefits, access, and discounts. These members may bring guests for a $5 cash fee per guest.  If registering as a vested member, please email membership@oldpikecountryclub.com for your discount code.


COVID 19 INFORMATION

  • If you or a family member is running a fever, has symptoms of COVID 19 or has been exposed to COVID 19, please stay home.

Disc Golf Membership

Disc Golf Membership is $75 annually.    Becoming a Disc Golf Member allows you access to our 18 Hole Disc Golf Course only.   There is a maximum number of memberships available.  2024 Registration is open.  Disc Golf members must have their membership bag tag with them when using the Course.  This membership does not allow access to any of Old Pike's other amenities including the Pool, Tennis Courts, Club House, Social Events and Discounts on Summer Athletics or Facility Rentals.   If you are interested in a Disc Golf Membership click the link below.
